Back in the 80s, I was in a band with a hugely talented young singer called Harriet Roberts, along with Jon Short, Dave Jones and (later) Russ Courtenay. I was delighted to see she has a new album out! We did some demos at phonogram but nothing came of it and we split. She later co-wrote a song for Tina Turner’s LP Twenty Four Seven and released two charting solo singles, “Woman to Man” and “Temple of Love”, in 1990. What a wonderful surprise to see she’s still “at it” 😉
